Okay, so my last journal was a couple of weeks ago. Several things have happened since then, my little girl has turned 20. Yes she is now fully out of her teens, she has grown up well. She is intelligent, funny and beautiful.
I have sort of, semi successfully printed t-shirts for the first time in several years. I say sort of because I only had 9 shirts to print and have so far only gotten 3 done. I have had to redo one screen 3 times, and the only squeegee that I had that hadn't dry rotted broke while I was in the middle of pulling a print. But I have new squeegee material if I can find it. I swear it was right there on the shelf yesterday. I will find it I am sure, but where?
We have had to take in a newly homeless kitten. Yes another one. Pictures will soon follow.
On the work front, things have slowed down, even though I did work some overtime last week. I have been trying to get put on dayshift for the last 14 years. An opening has finally shown up and I have been told by many people that it is my spot, have even been told by at least a couple of people that I have even been put on the schedule on days. I wasn't there when I went to look. So it seems that everyone knows I am supposed to be on day shift except me, and the boss who decides where people work.
Next week I plan on returning to the Watcher Features, because I do believe I have gotten enough to do another one. But wanted to introduce you to Atticus. So here he is.
