A lot is in focus here. Not only the coffee cup but her clothes, rings, the computer keys.
Her right hand is the only thing not as sharp, I think because it looks so bright.
Still, most of the bright features are well-balanced by black.
Good depth here on a tight shot. I was told to never put any liquid or food that near the computer.
Hmm. Do you think it's because accidents can happen to anyone, or just to "Bella"-s? Haha...

As always I love getting comments from you! You really "look" at the work and see very well, that is appreciated! I know that you are not supposed to have drinks that close to the computer, and would like to say it was staged... but we like to live on the edge! I really have no idea who Bella is though:shrug:

I read the first book in the "Twilight" series to try to understand what tweens were so excited about. That book was the only one I could read, it was so badly written. "Bella" is the 'star' in it and is her only flaw is that she's "...clumsy." In fact, she starts out smart and is soon made very dumb by the author, who stages horrendous falls for Bella, stuff ordinary folk wouldn't even live through, much less leave the hospital in a day or two after falling through a plate glass window... Enough about Bella! I hope you stop putting your coffee on your 'puter. I'd hate to lose you for __?__ amount of time just because a person forgets for a moment. I know it happens because a friend knocked coffee over near mine (I don't put on mine) and ruined papers I needed. Oh... and  ...hi!

We actually are usually a little bit better than that, she had just picked up the cup when I noticed how she was holding it and had her let me take some shots. I wondered if that might be the Bella you were refering to, but I know nothing about the books other than my daughter did not like them. Oh and  hi back!

Thank you, it is a very good name for me as it is the way I drink my coffee (black) and is also my favorite genre of films (film noir)!
